Contemplation on The Institution of the Holy Eucharist

At the Last Supper, Jesus gives His Body and Blood in the Holy Eucharist, establishing the eternal Sacrament of the Altar.

As we recite the ten Hail Marys of this decade, we fix our interior gaze upon this mystery of Christ's life. We ask for the grace to embody its spiritual fruit, Eucharistic Adoration & Love of Christ, in our daily lives.

Sealing the Decade with the Glory Be

At the close of the ten Hail Marys for this decade, we stand in spirit with the Blessed Mother and offer all our contemplation back to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit with the Glory Be (Gloria Patri), acknowledging that all holiness flows from and returns to the Blessed Trinity.
