Decade 3 of 5 • Luminous Mysteries (Mysteries of Light)

The Proclamation of the Kingdom of God

Spiritual Fruit: Repentance & Trust in Divine Mercy

Biblical Text (Mark 1:14–15; Matthew 5:1–12)
"Jesus came into Galilee, proclaiming the gospel of God, and saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.""

Contemplation on The Proclamation of the Kingdom of God

Jesus calls all sinners to genuine repentance, proclaiming the Beatitudes and the forgiveness of sins.

As we recite the ten Hail Marys of this decade, we fix our interior gaze upon this mystery of Christ's life. We ask for the grace to embody its spiritual fruit, Repentance & Trust in Divine Mercy, in our daily lives.

Doxological Conclusion

Sealing the Decade with the Glory Be

At the close of the ten Hail Marys for this decade, we stand in spirit with the Blessed Mother and offer all our contemplation back to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit with the Glory Be (Gloria Patri), acknowledging that all holiness flows from and returns to the Blessed Trinity.
